GEOL-390 Rocky Mountain Field Trip reading list

The required reading material is not just for people signed up for GEOL-390.  If you're coming on the trip, I'd like you to read this material so that you have an idea in advance of what we're going to be looking at.  If you're just coming on the Burgess Shale hikes, then obviously you don't have to read all of the other stuff.
