## Comments on the Final Exam

• The final exam is on Wed Apr 19 2006 at 1:00 in the GYM. Double check the Final exam schedule. The exam is comprehensive, covering all material since the first day of the course.
• Here are some practice problems for the final exam. Here are the solutions to shorter exam review problems; here are the solutions to longer exam review problems.
• The format of the exam is
1. Question 1: 20 short answer problems worth 2% each. These are short problems requiring only two or three steps and should take no more than 5 minutes each.
2. Questions 2-7: The remainder of the exam consists of 6 long answer questions each worth 10% and requiring approximately 10 minutes each.
• A formula sheet will be provided.
• You must bring your student i.d. card to the exam. You may use a non-graphing, non-programmable scientific calculator for your work. You many NOT use your cell phone for a clock; all cell phones must be turned off and put away during the exam.
