Quiz 1 is on Fri Sep 16 and will cover to the end of Sec 1.1
Quiz 2 is on Friday Sep 23 and will cover problems in 2.1-2.5
Test 1 is on Friday Sep 30 and will cover to the end of 10.1
Quiz 3 is on Friday Oct 7 and will cover problems in 11.1, 11.2 and 11.5
Quiz 4 is on Friday Oct 14 and will cover to the end of 11.6
Quiz 5 is on Friday Oct 21 and will cover to the end of 11.7 (excluding 4.1-4.4), in particular: more chain rule practice, marginal revenue & cost, marginal revenue product, and relative rate of change.
Test 2 is on Friday Oct 28 and will cover everything to the end of class on Mon Oct 24, but will be focused on the material covered after Test 1, in particular (Clarification added Oct 26, 6:30 pm):
Quiz 6 is on Friday Nov 4 and will cover the material in the first (note typo in answer to problem 8 fixed Nov 2) and second trig handouts, as well as the material in 12.1 and 12.2.
The final exam schedule is now available.
Quiz 7 is on Friday Nov 18 and will cover the material in 12.3-12.7 as well that of the Supplement on Linear Approximation
Test 3 is on Friday Nov 25 and will cover everything to the end of class on Fri Nov 18, but will be focused on the material covered after Test 2, in particular 12.1-12.7, 13.1-13.3, and the supplements on trigonometry and linear approximation. There will not be any questions on related rates of the type covered in the second trig handout.

Quiz 8 is on Friday Dec 2 and will cover the material in 13.4-13.6.
The format of the exam is
A few final notes: You must bring your student i.d. card to the exam. You may use a non-graphing, non-programmable scientific calculator for your work. You many NOT use your cell phone for a clock; all cell phones must be turned off and put away during the exam.
