ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
An examination of
environmental sampling and analysis methods,
including an introduction to spectroscopic and
electrochemical principles used in analysis.
Topics include quality control, application of
statistical methods, and laboratory techniques.
The lab component emphasizes standard methods of
analysis for water and sediment samples
including physical/aggregate properties,
dissolved gases, inorganic ions, organic-N/P,
organic contaminants, and metals.
