St. Petersburg, October 20 [1787]. Mr. Mulovsky, Commander of the squadron destined for the Indies and the coast of Kamchatka, announced yesterday that they will be sailing soon. They will take provisions for three years, and many officers and midshipmen have embarked. Some believe that the group may have its departure postponed and be assigned another destination.
