National Geographic wants
YOU to be the voice for the owls. Owls are such a unique bird species
that deserve recognition. Their habitat is crucial for survival,
and this is what you will investigate as reporters. Human activity,
such as logging and land development, have influenced the habitat of owls
all over the world. You will write a magazine article and accompany
it with photographs, as both of you will also take on the role of the photographer.
It is up to YOU to present your findings in an organized and appealing
way. You must state your opinion about the human disruption of owl's
habitat. The "Process" page will lead
you through steps to work toward this goal.
