Our museum is very small and we don't have a lot of money to develop new exhibits. The exhibits that we have for British Columbia focus mainly on resources that are important today. We have great exhibits on fishing and logging.

We have the money available to put together one more exhibit. We feel that we need to look at a natural resource that had a big impact on the development of British Columbia. Coal and gold were two important resources, but which was more important to B.C.?
