mgmt 230: introduction to eManagement
This course presents an introduction to management and technical issues related to the use of the internet in businesses and other organizations. The theoretical material in the course will include an overview of internet technologies; an examination of online revenue models; internet marketing; digital design and usability; web analytics; and internet security and privacy issues.
Students will also gain practical skills in planning and developing websites by learning the basics of xhtml and css, using the web development tool Adobe Dreamweaver.
This course will next be taught by me in Fall 2010.
