Make History on the Web! site provides a step-by-step guide on how to research the history of a school in British Columbia.

The site is intended primarily as a resource for students and teachers in British Columbia secondary schools.  But anyone interested in the history of schools and communities in our province may find this site useful.

Make History on the Web! was developed to mark the 100th anniversary of higher education in British Columbia (1901-2001) and to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the British Columbia public school system (1852-2002).

I would welcome suggestions from pupils, teachers, and school administrators, and from archivists, curators, and historians, on how to improve this web site.  Please send your comments to me,

Patrick A. Dunae.
