The theme of the Congress is about "bridging the gap" between leisure academics and leisure practitioners.  To this end, the organizers are encouraging individuals or representatives from both groups to attend and participate.

	Researchers from academic institutions, consulting firms, or government organizations
	Practitioners in recreation, sport, parks and tourism from public, not for profit and private sectors
	Representatives from community groups and not for profit groups
